Property development is the core business of Dijaya. Over the last 10 years, the company's assets have increased five-fold from RM500 million to RM2.5 billion. The Group also enjoys a commanding position in the property market attributable to the 870 acres of quality land bank with an approximate total Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM37 billion. Supplementing the core business is the resort operations of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort. Established since 1992, the Resort has won numerous awards, making it a household name amongst residents in Petaling Jaya City, Malaysia. With a strong foundation of past and present successes in property and resort development, Dijaya is committed to building fine, resort-theme lifestyle developments and commercial properties for discerning customers.

Launched in 2009, Tropicana City marks Dijaya’s maiden venture into property investment. The mixed commercial development comprises Tropicana City Mall, Tropicana City Office Tower, Tropicana City Tropics serviced apartments and Damansara Intan e-Business Park. To-date, occupancy rates for the mall and office tower are 95% and 100% respectively. With remarkable success, the Group marks its debut into the hospitality industry by introducing the W brand to Malaysia. W Kuala Lumpur Hotel and The Residences, located adjacent to Petronas Twin Towers, is expected to be completed by 2016.

Dijaya Management Services provides expertise in property management as well as maintenance services for both residential and commercial developments. The Company’s property management portfolio includes landed developments in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and Tropicana Indah Resort Homes, Tropicana City mixed commercial development, Casa Tropicana condominiums, Casa Indah 1 & 2 condominiums, Casa Suites serviced apartments, Casa Kiara II condominiums, Fortune Park apartments, Merchant Square business park, Arena Mentari business park and TSB Commercial Centre.

Dijaya's primary manufacturing interest is Tenaga Kimia Sendirian Berhad (TKSB), a leading producer of emulsion explosives. TKSB supplies a complete range of up-to-date blasting products and accessories, bulk emulsion and technical services in Malaysia and throughout South East Asia.

An ISO 9001:2000-accredited company, TKSB also provides total explosives and blasting solutions to the mining and construction industries by engaging customers and suppliers through strategic partnerships.
