The Dijaya Group brings together a range of diverse companies devoted to the same ideals – to deliver value to our customers and investors by creating quality developments in which people want to live, work and play.
Dijaya is a pioneer in resort-style home concepts with a strong track record in residential and commercial developments. We consistently provide customers with attractive and sustainable developments while extracting high value from the land we develop. 90% of the Group’s revenue is generated by its property development, resort operations and property investment.
The Dijaya Group also successfully manages a realm of businesses that includes Property Investment, Property Management, Investment Holding and Manufacturing. This large scale of successful ventures propelled the Group onto the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia in 1992. Since then, the Company has consistently explored new frontiers with significant growth potential such as retail and office space, hotel and education.
The impressive track record of Dijaya is largely a result of its strategy of offering premium locations, innovative building concepts and natural living quality to customers. The company has also widened its geographical reach and scope beyond the Klang Valley to prime locations in Penang, Johor Bahru, Negeri Sembilan and Sabah.
However, it is far more than buildings or structural works. We believe in making a vital contribution to the landscape, to the communities we help create and to the environment as a whole. We are committed towards meeting the needs of the present without compromising the progress of future generations.
Our Name

The letters “D” and “I” depict a Dynamic and Innovative group, while the word “JAYA” stems from the Malay word “BERJAYA”, which means “success”. The DIJAYA name thus reflects a dynamic and innovative Malaysian organisation driven by its commitment towards distinction and continued success. |

The Dijaya logo illustrates the letters "D" and "I" intertwined in an infinity-like pattern. The "D" is set in a deep royal blue and the "I" in rich jade green to symbolise the synergy of our employees and businesses. |
Our Colours

Our corporate colours of blue and green echo the water and forests of nature. The colour combination supports the theme of constant growth and renewal in our corporate endeavours, while at the same time highlighting our responsibilities toward the environment. |

Broadening Horizons

While our prestigious property developments represent Dijaya’s core product offerings, we are also exploring new frontiers with significant growth potential. The Group has already expanded its product offerings to include retail and office spaces with the development of Tropicana City, and will soon move into other sectors such as hospitality and education.
In addition to exploring other sectors, the Group is also widening its geographical reach and scope. Within the Klang Valley, Dijaya is planning to launch Tropicana Bayou in Balakong, Tropicana Hills in Subang and Tropicana Heights in Kajang. Down south in Johor, the Group launched a flagship, mixed use development, Tropicana Danga Bay, in the first economic corridor of the country – Iskandar Malaysia. Similarly, in Penang, the Group entered into a joint venture agreement with Ivory Properties Group Berhad to develop a mixed development project in Bayan Mutiara. These projects give the Group an important foothold in the rapidly growing northern and southern region besides replenishing the Group’s land bank for future property developments.
Given the healthy macroeconomic environment, the Group will continue to actively search for quality land banks and to participate in development projects with strong growth and potential. The management team remains focused on the Group’s mission to become one of the best property developers in the country by delivering quality and award-winning products to the public.
