| TAEL acquires 5% stake in Dijaya Corporation at RM1.65 per share

TAEL One Partners Ltd, a Cayman Islands registered company, acquires 22.75 million shares or a 5% stake of Dijaya Corporation (Dijacor, 5401, main board) today.
A filing with Bursa Malaysia showed that the shares were transacted at RM1.65 apiece.
Dijaya’s stock closed at RM1.68, 11 sen or 7.01% higher on a volume of 1,222,700 shares.
Today Dijaya went up as much as RM1.71 and the lowest was at RM1.58. |
