TROPICANA GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB WAS abuzz with guests who were were dressed to the nines while attending the first DIJAYA TROPICANA FOUNDATION gala dinner. At the dinner, which was graced by MCA president DATUK SERI DR CHUA SOI LEK and many distinguised guests, a grand total of RM 1 million was donated to eleven non-profit groups and underprivileged schools that benefited from the generosity of the foundation. The beneficiaries were Ti-Ratana Welfare Society, Institut Jantung Negara Foundation, Wushu Federation of Malaysia, Buddhist Tzu-Chi Merits Society and seven Chinese schools that were in need of an infrastructure upgrade. Guests were entertained with several performances while treated to an exquisite dinner prepared by Spring Garden Chinese Restaurant.
