UPGRADE OF NKVE TUNNEL @ PERSIARAN TROPICANA, second tunnel connecting to Tropicana
	Good news to the residents of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort and Damansara Indah Resort Homes (to be renamed as Tropicana Indah). The construction works of the second NKVE tunnel project at Persiaran Tropicana have commenced. A meeting was held between representative of Tropicana Golf & Country Resort with the representatives of Tropicana Residents' Association (TRA), MBPJ officials, Kota Damansara Assemblyman YB Dr Mohd Nasir Hashim, Bukit Lanjan Assemblywoman / Selangor State EXCO YB Ms Elizabeth Wong, consulting engineers from Zaidun-Leeng Sdn Bhd and the contractor of Majulia Sdn Bhd to discuss on the progress of tunnel construction.

	The second NKVE tunnel is targeted for completion by mid 2009. Upon completion, the second tunnel will improve the traffic flow of the surrounding area. The NKVE tunnel is currently used to gain access to and from Tropicana, Damansara Indah, Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), Bandar Utama (BU 11) and Bukit Mayang Mas.
